Demo Context & Guide

📂 Context (What you've already done)

As the Festival Manager, you registered an account, created the project "Demo Street Fair 2026", uploaded the digital layout map, and uploaded & processed a vendor registration CSV list.

Our Gemini AI Engine processed the CSV, auto-categorized the vendors (Dining, Antiques, etc.), and matched most to their coordinates. A few vendors still require manual placement.

🚀 Instructions & Next Steps

Feel free to interact with the vendor pins on the map: you can drag any existing vendor marker to adjust its location, or place unmatched vendors from the list below by clicking their pin button and selecting a spot on the layout map.

What happens next: Once you are satisfied with the layout, you would toggle the festival to "Published". This generates a live public link and custom QR code, allowing attendees to instantly view the interactive map, search for vendors, and navigate the festival grounds on their mobile devices.
