Privacy Policy for eBooth

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

At Schweikhart Advisors LLC (doing business as "eBooth," "we," "our," or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of both event organizers and festival attendees. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our web application, or access any interactive festival maps generated on our platform.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using eBooth, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in different ways depending on whether you are an Event Organizer (admin user) or a Festival Attendee (visitor using the map).

1.1 Information Collected from Event Organizers

To create and manage accounts and publish interactive maps, we collect: * Account Registration Information: Username, password, first name, last name initial, and email address. * Event Uploads: Map layouts (in PDF, PNG, or JPEG formats) and vendor list spreadsheets (in CSV format). These spreadsheets may contain vendor names, booth assignments, and vendor categories. * Payment Details: All payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers or raw billing credentials on our servers.

1.2 Information Collected from Festival Attendees

We design the eBooth attendee experience to be as private as possible. * Search Queries: We collect anonymized text queries entered into the search bar (e.g., "funnel cake," "pottery") to provide aggregate analytics to event organizers. * Usage Information: We collect basic, non-identifying technical data such as browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and access times. * Location Data: We do not track, store, or transmit your precise physical GPS coordinates. The eBooth web application functions using absolute map markers relative to the uploaded layout drawing, rather than tracking your live mobile blue-dot GPS coordinate.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following operational and developmental purposes:

3. Data Processing & AI Integrations

eBooth utilizes advanced cloud-based artificial intelligence vision models (including Google Gemini Vision APIs) to analyze and extract structural layouts and text from files uploaded by Event Organizers. * File Submissions: Uploaded map files and vendor lists are transmitted to secure cloud-based APIs for processing. * No Training on Customer Data: We configure our API integrations such that your uploaded private vendor rosters and event layouts are not utilized to train public, foundation-level AI models.

4. Cookies and Session Storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage mechanisms to maintain session state: * Organizers: We store session identifiers in cookies (such as session_user) to keep you logged in while modifying maps. * Attendees: We may use browser session storage to cache map resources and layout data, optimizing load speeds on congested networks.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances: * With Service Providers: We share data with hosting partners (e.g., cloud storage and database providers) and payment processors operating under strict data confidentiality agreements. * With Festival Attendees (Public Maps): Vendor business names, categories, and booth numbers uploaded by organizers are made publicly visible on the interactive map pages. * For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of eBooth, our users, or the public.

6. Security of Your Data

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and restricted database access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our Service complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Schweikhart Advisors LLC operates in the United States. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed and stored in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country of residence.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify organizers of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or sending an email notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
